Unhappy with your purchase? Product not meet your expectations? Don't worry, we got you covered!
We are 100% positive that you will absolutely love your product, we are so confident that we will offer you a full refund if you're not happy with your product. The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is valid within 30 days of your products delivered date. To start the process, we will send you a free return label so you can ship the product back to us in the way you received it, which means any mounting hardware, bolts, stickers, cards and anything else received must be placed back into the box. Once the product is received it will be inspected to make sure all the pieces are there, and you will be issued a refund within 2 business days. Store Credit Program:
In the event you are not happy with your product and you want to try a different product, but you need some thinking time then you would be a perfect candidate for our Store Credit Program. When you utilize this program Off Brand will cover the cost of shipping the product you didn’t like and give you 30 days from the start of the claims process to decide on the new product you want. Special Order Products:
Off Brand does allow for the returning of special ordered or custom-built products, however, please note that there is a 20% restocking fee that will be assessed. The stocking fee covers our loss on the product as we will need to sell the item as used and at a lower retail price. All Aurora products are covered by a 5-year manufacture warranty when used under normal conditions. If you encounter an issue email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office at 484-513-7746 to start the claim process. We will need your first and last name, address, date of purchase, phone number, product purchased and the reason for your return.
Warranties can be voided if it is determined that the product was abused or misused. This includes physical abuse, incorrect installation and/or faulty wiring. To prevent incorrect installation or faulty wiring it is recommended that the installation be done by a certified technician who specializes in aftermarket lighting.
If the product you purchased fails and is no longer offered by Off Brand, then we will replace the item with a product of equal or greater value.
Lastly warranties are not transferable and are subject to change without notice.
